I was tired of being overweight and finally took losing weight seriously. I ran on the elliptical most of the time but then we stopped going so I started running every other day around my neighborhood. Before I started to make a change I never exercised at all and I was a person that needed to snack on something while I watched tv. Before I started to make a change I ate a lot of chocolate and candy. I LOVE chocolate, but now I just eat it in proportion. I also cut out a lot of carbs; I rarely eat pasta anymore. My daily diet was eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a snack after lunch.
